We are very excited to be able to offer the OLS Hot Lunch Program to our students!

There are several things that are different this year:

  • Ordering will take place directly through the FACTS family portal every month. This will be the only way to place orders for lunch and/or Philly Pretzel Day. You will be notified when the portal is open for ordering each month. Our monthly school calendar will also indicate when the portal opens and closes each month. The portal will show days that lunch is available. A payment MUST be made at the time of ordering for orders to go through on the portal.
  • After an order is placed and paid for your ordered items will be highlighted in BLUE on your calendar.
  • RED items on your calendar require action! Despite what the color key indicates on FACTS, we do not get a registered count for items highlighted in RED. These are items sitting in your “cart.” To place an order for items in RED, please click on +Create Web Order and you can checkout and pay.
  • Please print out a copy of your lunch calendar once your order is placed and keep it somewhere you can refer to it easily. Please speak to your child before he/she leaves for school each day, let them know if they will be having school or home lunch.
  • Ordering lunch on the FACTS Family Portal is just for Ms. Margie’s Class & Grades K-8. Students in 3K & Pre-K For All already receive school lunch and will not be ordering lunch through the portal.
  • We have added Philly Pretzel Day to the FACTS family portal under lunch. Philly Pretzel Day is only ONCE a month and always the last Friday of the month that lunch is offered. You may order lunch and Philly Pretzels for that day. 3K & Pre-K For All will not be ordering pretzels on the portal. Ordering for those classes will still require filling out a form along with sending in a payment.
  • All food is pre-ordered; refunds cannot be issued when a child is absent.
