Morning Care
The doors open at 7:00 a.m. This program is for students of Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Academy in grades 3K through 8.
Students will enter through the school’s main entrance on 258th Street and will gather in Saint Joseph Hall until 8:00 a.m. It will be a casual atmosphere, but each child is expected to act appropriately to remain in the program. Tables will be set up where students can read, study or eat a simple, healthy breakfast that you provide. For the younger children, please send a small toy, coloring book, etc. for independent play.
There will be a monthly charge of $45 per child; however, we will not be charging a registration fee. Walk-ins are welcome and will be charged $5 per day per child. (Rates vary based on how many children will be in the program; see form). Billing will be posted monthly on your existing FACTS Management account under incidental billing. 3K for All and Pre-K for All families that do not yet have a FACTS account will be provided with one. (You will receive an email directly from FACTS Management with log-in information.) Payments may be made online through your FACTS account manually or you may set up an autopay option.
Please note: If a payment is more than two weeks overdue from the due date specified on the statement generated, the child/ren will not be permitted to participate in the program.
Please fill out the form above and return it to the school prior to your child starting in the Morning Care Program. Please include a telephone number where you or a secondary contact can be reached while your child is at the Morning Care Program in case of an emergency.
