Dear Partner Schools Administrators,
We cannot believe that back-to-school season is once again upon us! We hope you’ve been enjoying your summer so far, and have taken advantage of some well-deserved time off.
In an effort to ensure our partner schools are in-the-loop on any important uniform updates throughout the busy shopping season ahead, we’ll be sending out a weekly uniform update starting today! Please note that you are listed as your school’s primary uniform contact for FlynnO’Hara. Thank you in advance for taking a moment each week to review this email, and to share any pertinent information with the appropriate contacts in your organization and school community.
First up: we’re excited to share that we are fully staffed for peak season across our stores and distribution center! Coming out of last year’s labor shortage, we made some key business improvements to draw applicants and to better support our amazing employees. Our teams are completing their back-to-school training and excited to meet your families in the months ahead.
In addition to increased staffing, FlynnO’Hara has taken our most aggressive inventory position to date. We’ve purchased well beyond anticipated demand in an effort to eliminate stock-outs, and are more than prepared to meet the needs of your families this back-to-school season.
That said, like so many retail businesses, FlynnO’Hara continues to experience some supply chain disruptions. Mill closures, material shortages, and port backlogs continue to delay the delivery of a small number of our products. If there is a product from your school’s uniform program that we’re concerned will be delayed beyond the start of the school year, you will have already received a separate communication specifying the product impacted, and the anticipated timeline for delivery.
As always, we recommend that families place their uniform orders at least 30 days before the start of school to ensure students will have everything they need for the first day of classes with plenty of time to process exchanges!
Finally, we will be running our annual free shipping promotion on our website from July 4-6, 2022! Families can take advantage of the promotion on orders over $100 by entering code FREESHIP22 at checkout. If you’d like to share promotion details with your school families directly, we’ve included a flyer below. Simply right-click the graphic and save it as a .jpg image file, which can be easily shared via email, social media, or on your school’s website.
In the meantime, we will communicate promotion details directly to customers via email, social media, and our website. The best way to ensure your families are aware of future promotions is to encourage them to join our email list and follow us on social media.
