Accessing Your FACTS Family Portal for Student Information and Payments
- Go to www.factsmgt.com
- Select “Parent Log in”
- From the drop-down menu click on “FACTS Family Portal”***This portal is for all student information (previously found on OptionC) as well as all financial accounts. (Please note that “Payment Plans/Financial Aid” will no longer allow you access to your payment account.)
- The District Code is OLS-NY
- Use the user name and password that you previously created.
If you have not yet created your log-in:
- Enter the email address that received this email, and our District Code (OLS-NY)
- You will receive an email from SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for six hours.
- Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field
- Click on the Save Username and/or Password button
