Our recommendation would be to set up a tour during the school day so that you can see us in action.
We have found that it is a easier transition for students if they meet their potential classmates before their official first day as a student. We could arrange for a buddy day which the student can sit with our students during the course of a regular day to get accustomed to our Academy.
